This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week while maintaining in-person collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams. You'll leverage cutting-edge analytics platforms to support clinical trials, population health management, and predictive modeling initiatives that drive evidence-based decision-making across our network of prestigious healthcare partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical datasets from EHRs, wearables, and genomic sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time clinical surveillance and reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for clinical stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for clinical research studies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and data governance standards
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data quality frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership and clinical committees through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with clinical datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in clinical data management (CDISC) or healthcare analytics preferred
- Deep understanding of healthcare data structures (FHIR, HL7, OMOP)
- Experience with predictive modeling for clinical outcomes or patient risk stratification
- Strong communication skills translating technical insights for clinical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating healthcare analytics projects with measurable impact
