Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with FDA and GCP guidelines.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical writers and regulatory affairs, to support regulatory submissions and publications.
- Identify trends and discrepancies in clinical datasets and implement corrective actions to mitigate risk.
- Conduct data audits and provide training to junior analysts on best practices for data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, Nursing, or a related scientific field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management or health informatics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and HL7.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
