Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical trial data, EHR records, and patient outcomes using SQL, R, and Python
- Develop statistical models to predict disease progression and treatment efficacy
- Create interactive dashboards for healthcare stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and other healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into clinical recommendations
- Present findings to hospital executives and medical researchers
- Mentor junior analysts on healthcare data best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years analyzing healthcare data with proven impact on clinical outcomes
- Expertise in SQL, R, and Python for healthcare data manipulation
- Certification in clinical data management (CCDM) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to medical professionals
