Responsibilities
- Analyze complex clinical datasets to identify trends and patterns affecting patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for healthcare data integration
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for clinical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and healthcare regulations
- Present findings to executive leadership and clinical departments
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Certification in clinical data management (CCDM or equivalent)
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable clinical insights
