Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical trial datasets using SAS, R, and Python
- Develop statistical models to predict patient outcomes and treatment efficacy
- Create interactive data visualizations for executive leadership and research teams
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HIPAA data privacy standards
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in data governance
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare/pharma
- Expertise in SAS programming and statistical modeling techniques
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and REDCap databases
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
