Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Conduct thorough site analysis, geotechnical investigations, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety codes.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
