Responsibilities
- Lead the design and supervision of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare comprehensive technical reports and calculations.
- Ensure all projects comply with UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental laws.
- Manage budgets and timelines, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Perform structural analysis and material testing to ensure project integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical team meetings.
Qualifications
- BEng (Hons) or MEng in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Chartered status (ICE) or working towards chartership is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Project Management software.
- Strong knowledge of UK construction methods and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
