Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction supervision of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, and structural developments.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met without compromising quality.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and tender documents for internal review and client presentation.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders, contractors, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Perform feasibility studies, structural analysis, and risk assessments to support project decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in civil construction or infrastructure development projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
