Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and planning of large-scale civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Conduct site inspections and analyze field data to ensure project specifications are met and safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and municipal authorities to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports, blueprints, and cost estimates using advanced CAD and BIM software.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, hydrology, and geotechnical principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
