Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban drainage systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Implement BIM technology for precision modeling and clash detection
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical and structural engineering challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) accreditation with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis and structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Proven track record on large-scale infrastructure projects (>S$100M)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's land transport authority (LTA) requirements
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
