Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including transportation, water systems, and urban development
- Perform advanced structural analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies (TxDOT, City of Austin)
- Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality reviews of technical deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expertise in transportation infrastructure and hydraulic modeling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and structural analysis software
- Demonstrated project management experience with budgets exceeding $10M
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
