Apex Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to provide expert patient care, diagnostic interpretation, and long-term treatment planning for patients with complex cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and physical exams.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with heart failure, arrhythmia, and coronary artery disease.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to department quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain precise electronic health records in accordance with institutional protocols.
Qualifications
- Current MA State Nurse Practitioner License.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a cardiovascular or cardiology setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in EMR software and modern cardiac monitoring technologies.
