- Identify and cultivate high-value relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target markets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion rates and forecast revenue accurately.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development (minimum 5 years experience).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS or Technology sector in the APAC region is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
