- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Train and mentor junior members of the business development team to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
