Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential gaps.
- Present compelling value propositions and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Manage a robust pipeline using CRM software to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of the UK market dynamics and business development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
