Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create value propositions for key verticals
- Present growth strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline with 6+ month sales forecast visibility
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Proven track record of closing deals >$1M in enterprise SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in partnership development, channel strategy, and M&A integration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics
- Relevant degree from top-tier university with MBA preferred
