Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable automated testing framework using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Lead the QA strategy for API, UI, and performance testing, integrating tests directly into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze complex application architecture to identify potential risks and edge cases before development begins.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria and refine testing strategies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Utilize tools like Selenium, Cypress, JIRA, and Postman to ensure 100% test coverage for critical features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Automation and Test Automation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database testing (SQL).
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) and load balancing concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
