Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to acquire enterprise-level accounts.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate high-potential leads through strategic networking and social selling.
- Lead contract negotiations and structure complex partnership agreements to maximize ARR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales goals with client needs.
- Maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to the executive leadership team.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to elevate brand positioning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a focus on executive-level communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
