Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for 3-5 enterprise clients annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and qualifying $5M+ partnership opportunities
- Conduct market analysis to identify untapped verticals and geographic expansion targets
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 procurement executives
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders in target industries
- Present quarterly growth roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor junior BD associates on pipeline management and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 3+ years in enterprise sales
- Proven track record of closing $2M+ deals in SaaS or technology sectors
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong network within Midwest Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and M&A due diligence processes
