- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales processes.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to leadership on sales performance and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the B2B sector.
- Track Record: Proven history of exceeding sales targets and successfully closing complex deals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and formulate effective strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
