Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value enterprise leads through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to expand our footprint in key vertical markets.
- Conduct high-level discovery sessions and product demonstrations for C-level stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions based on market feedback.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and exclusive networking events.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of successful experience in B2B enterprise business development or SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed annual sales quotas of $2M+.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and competitive trends.
