Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand our client base in the enterprise sector.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key industry influencers, strategic partners, and referral sources to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.
- Pipeline Management: Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular forecasting reports to senior leadership, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently over multiple years.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
