Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to identify, acquire, and retain high-value enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and market intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and align sales tactics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to adapt strategies for maximum impact.
- Train and mentor junior members of the sales team to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
