Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in the fintech vertical.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to ensure consistent pipeline generation and high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape shifts, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product roadmaps and promotional campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue targets, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition costs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Demonstrable history of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing high-value contracts.
- Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage relationships for new business.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
- Proven experience in leading, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
