Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value partnerships within the Fortune 500 space.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account-based sales strategies to penetrate key target accounts.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, aligning value propositions with client-specific business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to tailor solutions for strategic prospects.
- Maintain a high-velocity, robust pipeline within Salesforce, providing accurate revenue forecasting.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry trade shows, executive briefings, and board meetings.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven success in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales, preferably within SaaS.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding annual quotas of $2M+ in ARR.
- Exceptional ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Mastery of consultative sales frameworks (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate into growth opportunities.
- Impeccable communication, public speaking, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
