Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value partnerships with key industry leaders and decision-makers.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to closing complex deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to refine our value proposition.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
