What you will do:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to meet aggressive revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to refine value propositions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth areas.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales Management.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the Fintech or SaaS market landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Able to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
