Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise leads across various verticals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct complex negotiations and contract reviews to maximize deal value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales objectives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive individual and team success.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (5+ years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
