You'll lead creative workshops, develop brand voice frameworks, and pioneer new forms of interactive storytelling in our state-of-the-art downtown LA facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated brand storytelling campaigns across digital, physical, and virtual platforms
- Lead cross-functional creative teams including designers, videographers, and UX specialists
- Translate complex brand narratives into multimedia experiences (video, AR/VR, installations)
- Conduct audience research and cultural trend analysis to inform creative direction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Present creative concepts to C-level executives and major brand partners
- Mentor junior storytellers and foster innovative studio culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand storytelling, content strategy, or creative direction
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling and campaign execution
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AR/VR tools
- Proven experience managing cross-functional creative teams and budgets
- Deep understanding of cultural trends and digital media landscapes
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate creative vision
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
- Experience working with luxury or lifestyle brands preferred
