- Oversee content production from concept to execution across 15+ channels
- Manage $1.5M annual content budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior creatives and establish best practices for narrative development
- Present campaigns to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand storytelling, content strategy, or creative direction
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ award-winning integrated campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional workflows
- Deep understanding of emerging platforms (TikTok, AR/VR, podcasting)
