Responsibilities
- Develop omnichannel content strategies integrating TikTok, Instagram Reels, AR filters, and virtual galleries
- Lead narrative workshops with CMOs to translate brand values into transmedia experiences
- Analyze audience behavior across digital platforms to optimize engagement metrics
- Mentor junior creatives in storytelling techniques for emerging media formats
- Collaborate with development teams to prototype interactive content prototypes
- Present quarterly trend reports on content innovation and platform evolution
- Manage $2M+ content production budgets across 15+ brands
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital content strategy with 3+ years in art/media/communications
- Portfolio demonstrating viral campaigns for cultural institutions or entertainment brands
- Expertise in content analytics tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater)
- Advanced knowledge of Web3 content ecosystems (NFTs, metaverse platforms)
- Experience leading remote creative teams across 3+ time zones
- Proven ability to translate artistic vision into measurable business outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma/Adobe Creative Suite for content visualization
