Responsibilities

- Lead creative workshops with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into emotional storytelling

- Oversee content production from concept to completion, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine storytelling strategies and optimize impact

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in brand storytelling or creative direction within media/communications
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ successful brand narrative campaigns with measurable impact
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible visual stories
- Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and external production partners
- Deep understanding of emerging media trends and audience psychology
- BA/MA in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
