Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, color systems, and typography guidelines
- Create multi-channel design assets for digital and print campaigns
- Lead design workshops with clients and stakeholders to define brand vision
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders with compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with proven portfolio showcasing B2B tech projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy and design systems
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
