Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, color systems, and typography guidelines
- Create digital and print collateral for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Lead design workshops with cross-functional teams to align on creative direction
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless brand integration in digital products
- Mentor junior designers and present work to executive stakeholders
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing identity systems
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and client stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and exceptional execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience in tech or creative industries preferred
