Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines
- Create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, print media, and experiential activations
- Lead design workshops with clients to uncover brand essence and translate insights into visual solutions
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to innovate client deliverables
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Deep understanding of brand strategy principles and visual storytelling techniques
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong typographic skills and mastery of color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal)
