Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities (logos, color systems, typography, guidelines)
- Create multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, packaging)
- Lead design sprints and collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present concepts to C-suite clients with strategic rationale
- Maintain and evolve brand systems for 15+ active client portfolios
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in brand design with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated success in developing cohesive brand systems
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Fluent English and German communication skills
- Passion for sustainability and ethical design practices
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
