- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Analyze market trends to inform design strategies and innovation
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience leading design projects from concept to final delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven ability to present and articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ brand identity systems
