Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create digital and print assets for campaigns, product launches, and social media
- Lead design workshops with clients to translate business goals into creative solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with strategic rationale and market insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Proficiency in motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender preferred)
- Demonstrated experience developing brand guidelines for enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills
