Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand identity development for high-profile clients
- Create comprehensive design systems including logos, typography, and color palettes
- Develop digital brand assets for websites, social media, and campaigns
- Present design concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Conduct competitive audits and market trend analysis
- Collaborate with 3D artists and motion designers for immersive experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand design with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Cinema 4D
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ enterprise-level brand transformations
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer psychology
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and client boards
- Knowledge of print production and digital accessibility standards
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
