Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create multi-channel campaigns for digital and print media
- Lead design sprints with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional design experience with 3+ in brand strategy
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems and motion design
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Experience leading design systems implementation for enterprise clients
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale
