Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, color systems, typography, and visual guidelines
- Create digital and print assets for campaigns, product launches, and client presentations
- Lead design sprints and workshops to translate business goals into creative solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative creative environment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform design strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand system development
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with motion design and 3D rendering preferred
- Ability to present design rationale to stakeholders
- Knowledge of UX principles and responsive design
