Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, color systems, typography, and visual guidelines
- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns, packaging, and environmental graphics
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
- Present design concepts to clients with strategic rationale and market insights
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies in brand experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with digital-first portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of brand strategy principles and visual storytelling
- Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand systems and innovative problem-solving
- Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives
