Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities from concept to execution for 3-5 high-profile clients quarterly
- Create design systems ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints (web, mobile, packaging, environmental)
- Lead client workshops to uncover brand essence and translate business goals into compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Collaborate with strategy and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of brand guidelines
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional brand design experience with 3+ years in agency environments
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and scalable design systems
- Experience leading cross-functional creative teams on complex brand projects
- Deep understanding of digital-first brand applications and emerging design trends
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Ability to translate abstract brand values into concrete visual language
