Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create digital and print marketing collateral (campaigns, packaging, web assets)
- Lead design workshops with clients to uncover brand essence and positioning
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery within deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in brand design with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Demonstrated ability to create cohesive brand systems for diverse industries
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior creatives
- Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal)
- Portfolio showcasing brand transformations and multi-channel campaigns
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Branding, or related field
