Responsibilities
- Develop cohesive brand identities and visual systems for tech and lifestyle clients
- Lead creative direction for digital and print campaigns from concept to execution
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless brand implementation across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Contribute to studio innovation workshops exploring emerging design trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with agency or in-house portfolios
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Expertise in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Strong conceptual thinking with ability to translate complex ideas into visuals
- Experience leading design projects with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; German proficiency a plus
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
