Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital and print campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless brand integration across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design solutions to C-suite executives with strategic rationale
- Stay current with emerging design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution excellence
- Experience working with SaaS or sustainability-focused brands
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Certification in UX Design or Brand Strategy preferred
