As a key member of our leadership team in New York City, you will oversee end-to-end communication strategies, from high-level PR initiatives to granular social media execution. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and lead a high-performing team of creative professionals to deliver award-winning content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global communication strategies that align with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the creation of high-impact brand campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Manage executive communications and thought leadership positioning for the C-suite.
- Oversee the internal communications framework to foster employee engagement and brand advocacy.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify white-space opportunities for brand growth.
- Drive the development of the brand’s visual identity and verbal tone across all touchpoints.
- Manage the communications budget, ensuring maximum ROI through data-backed decision making.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Communications, or PR, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful integrated marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a mastery of storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management and strategic media relations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, SEO, and social media algorithms.
