Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel creative campaigns aligned with client business objectives
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide strategic direction to art directors, copywriters, and designers
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all deliverables while ensuring innovation
- Present concepts to C-level clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling
- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development programs
- Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure creative solutions meet market goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital media production
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in advertising or digital media
- Proven portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse industries
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX principles, and content marketing
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to executive audiences
- Ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in motion graphics and 3D rendering a plus
