Job Overview
You will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring complex issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex customer escalations and high-profile accounts with a focus on retention.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews and provide constructive coaching to junior support agents.
- Identify process gaps within existing workflows and implement data-driven solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Product) to resolve systemic issues affecting the customer journey.
- Train and mentor new hires on company policies, product knowledge, and soft skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ensure 100% compliance with SLAs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Support leadership role.
- Fluency in English (Written & Verbal) with a neutral, professional accent.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience in the Fintech or E-commerce sectors is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
