Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues efficiently using CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Act as a subject matter expert to assist junior agents and mentor new hires.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and update client records in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote hybrid options.
